By utilizing CMA’s payrolling service, a company receives all of the benefits of our contract-to-hire service, but at a lower cost.  Our payrolling service enables you to source and secure a qualified candidate using your own internal processes.  You still get to try before you buy because once you have selected a candidate; we then take responsibility for the candidate on our payroll.

Through our permanent placement staffing services, CMA assumes all responsibility for recruiting and screening candidates so you can focus on your business.
